Scholarships
With generous support from our sponsor, Rio Grande, as well as individual donors, we offer full scholarships to our Virtual Spring Symposium. Scholarships are awarded to anyone in need of financial assistance as well as anyone who identifies as BIPOC or underrepresented in the jewelry and metalsmithing community. Scholarships will be granted to eligible applicants on a first-come, first-serve basis. Find and apply for the right scholarship for you:

Full scholarships are available to BIPOC artists or anyone self-identifying as underrepresented, who believes that attending the symposium will benefit them in their careers. Apply for a scholarship before you register!

Want a discount? We've got 'em! Everyone can take advantage of our early bird discount until February 29. Metalwerx members receive an additional discount to the Symposium. And all educators and students can access our education discount.
Early Bird Discount
Register by February 29 to access the Early Bird discount and get $25 off your registration! This discount will be automatically applied in your cart when you register by 11:59 pm (EST) on February 29.
Metalwerx Membership Discount
All Metalwerx members get an additional $25 off registration! This discount will be automatically applied in your cart when you register for the Symposium.
Education Discount
Students, recent graduates, and educators all have access to our Spring Symposium Education Discount of $75. Complete a brief form to confirm you meet our criteria before you can access this discount.
