Our "Summer with the Masters" program is a unique alloy of renowned instructors, inspired students, and contemporary metalworking and jewelry techniques. Classes are three to five days long, offering more time to explore topics in depth.

    Investigate movement and kinetics as a design tool for fabrication of neckpieces in Argetium silver. Crisp fabrication, ball joints that pivot and rotate, and cages and hollow forms may all be considerations that students will have to develop a strategy of design for their pieces.

    This workshop will focus on movement and kinetics as a design tool for fabrication of pieces for the hand in Argentium silver. Bangles with moving parts and cocktail rings that rotate and wiggle when worn may all be considerations for designs that students will create in class.
