Imprinted Exhibition

Metalwerx is seeking work from current and former students of Joe Wood throughout his 30 year teaching career for an upcoming exhibition, Imprinted, at Metalwerx Marketplace, October 18-20, 2019. The exhibition seeks to include the work that is informed and inspired by Joe Wood’s teaching styles and techniques. Themes or materials of work included can be but are not limited to: 3D printing, fabricating, casting, conceptual, production, jewelry, objects and sculpture.

Submissions will be reviewed for a selected few to be included in a physical exhibition on view throughout the Marketplace weekend. The show will have a limited number of works displayed due to space restrictions. However, all images of submissions will be part of a digital exhibition on display alongside the juried pieces.

Opening reception for the exhibition will be at Metalwerx Marketplace’s kick-off fundraiser event, Shop & Schmooze, October 18, 5-9PM, where Joe Wood will be honored with the 2019 Pioneer in Metals Award*.
