Metal Clay: Creating Textures and Molds

Hooked on metal clay, but sick of using the commercial texture plates and stamps available to everyone? Would you like to learn to create your own patterns and molds so your work is uniquely your own? This class will show you how!

Over the course of 4 weeks, students will create their own molds, photo-polymer plates, polymer clay tearaways, hand-carved stamps, stencils, stamps from found objects, as well as a number of other techniques to enhance metal clay designs.

If you'd like to see more of Michela's work, please visit her website www.everlastingtreasures.org

This class is 4 sessions long. Each session meets for 3 hours. If a make-up class is necessary, it will be held on June 17.
